You can request permanent deletion of your PR Cruises account and associated data at any time — no need to be signed in. Submit the form below and we’ll process your request.

How it works

    Submit a request

    Enter the email tied to your PR Cruises account below.

    We verify it’s you

    We confirm the request from the account email before deleting anything.

  3. 3

    Data is deleted

    Your account and data are removed within 30 days (backups within 90 days).

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and login details
  • Saved cruises, itineraries and favorites
  • Trip plans, notes and preferences
  • Reviews and content you submitted

What we may retain

  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics that don’t identify you
  • Records we must keep for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons
  • Data already removed of personal identifiers
